The motto of N.S.S. 'NOT ME BUT YOU' reflects the essence of democratic living and upholds the need for selfless service. N.S.S helps the student tom develop appreciation to other person’s point of view and also show consideration to other living beings.

There were certain other activities such as frequent meetings and sessions which made a difference in the lives of volunteers and the year was a truly successful year for the unit and its volunteers.
