Inclusive education is an approach where students with special needs attend college along with neuro- typical students. Students with physical and/ or developmental challenges like Blindness or Other Visual Impairments, Deafness and Other Hearing Impairments, Orthopaedic Impairments, Cereberal Palsy, Learning Disabilities, Dyslexia, Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder for example may be considered to have special needs. The Inclusive Cell is there to help such students to ensure they also have a fulfilling college experience.

Objectives of the Association:
- To create awareness about the needs and challenges of specially abled individuals.
- To promote inclusion and equal opportunities for all.
- To collaborate with other organizations and stakeholders to achieve these objectives.
- To foster a campus environment that is welcoming and accessible for all students.
- To educate students about the importance of diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
- To provide support and resources for specially abled students.
- To promote opportunities for leadership and engagement for specially abled individuals.
- To provide a platform for special abled individuals for showcasing their skills and facilitate meaningful and engaging interactions.
Learning outcomes:
- Developing communication skills that allow students to respectfully interact with people of all abilities.
- Appreciation and recognition of the strengths and contributions of specially abled individuals.
- To act as a stimulator in creating a more inclusive society.
- Creating an understanding of the importance of universal design and accessibility.
