Students who remain absent in the Regular Semester End Examination due to genuine reasons may apply for the Additional Semester End Examination (Additional SEE) as per the guidelines below.

ELIGIBILITY

Students may apply only under the following circumstances:

• Medical Grounds – illness or certified medical condition preventing attendance.
• Official Representation – participation in College/University approved Sports competitions, Cultural events, NSS / NCC/DLLE activities, training camps by recognized authorities.
• Exceptional Circumstances – subject to approval of the Principal. Eligibility is subject to verification of documents and final approval by the Principal.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

• Written application stating the reason for absence
• Original supporting documents with photocopies
• Medical certificates with original doctor’s certificate (for medical cases)
• Official participation/duty certificates (for sports/cultural/NSS/NCC/DLLE)

Applications without proper documents will not be considered.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

For Official Representation: Students must inform the Controller of Examination (COE) in the Examination Office in advance, with valid documents specifying the dates of participation.

For Medical Cases: The student or parent/guardian must inform the Examination Cell on or before the day of the examination by either: Sending an email to officeofexam@rapodar.ac.in stating the reason for absence, OR Submitting a handwritten application from the parent/guardian with original medical documents.

In case of sudden illness on the day of the examination: Email intimation must be sent to officeofexam@rapodar.ac.in before the exam begins. A physical handwritten application with original documents must be submitted to the COE in Room M-5 on the next day of attendance.

Applications supported only by email, without physical submission of documents, will not be considered.

It is mandatory for all applicants to submit a physical application along with complete supporting documents to the COE in Room M-5 within the prescribed timeline.

NOTE:

• Additional SEE is permitted only for subjects marked ABSENT.
• Applications submitted after the concerned subject exam is over will not be accepted.
• Prior intimation is mandatory. Late applications will not be accepted.
• False information or forged documents will invite disciplinary action.
