IQAC Initiatives
On December 21st, 2016 the faculty of both, the degree and junior college visit-
ed Aditya Agro at Shahapur. It was organized by the Internal Quality Assurance
Cell (IQAC) of R.A.Podar College in collaboration with Aditya Agro (a 70 acre
farm). The primary reason of this program was to learn more about agri-related
projects like horticulture, vermi-culture and aquaculture (fish harvesting). A
small workshop on Kitchen Gardening was also conducted. The OMDP also
taught how farming can be a risky, yet, a fruitful and satisfying profession. The
program was a beneficial experience.
